The new village centre, just outside the centre of Nuneaton, has eight retail units ranging in size from 420 sq ft to 1,087 sq ft.

Five of the units have already been let to The Co-op Convenience Store, Your local Boots Pharmacy, ExtraCare Charity Trust, a Post Office and Copper Beech Café.

A sixth unit is currently under offer.
